Biography
Verse Simmonds is a 5x Grammy nominated artist, singer-songwriter and producer who was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Virgin Islands but now splits his time between Miami and Los Angeles. Recently, Verse co-wrote the Doechii ft. Kodak Black single “What It Is”, which went #1 on Rhythmic radio and went top 5 at Top 40. Some of Verse’s most well-known hits include Justin Bieber and Chance The Rapper’s “Confident”, Rihanna’s “Man Down”, Kanye West and Jay-Z’s “Who Gon Stop Me”, Chris Brown, Usher and Rick Ross’ “New Flame” in addition to several records across Chris Brown’s “X” and “Heartbreak on a Full Moon” albums. Other notable releases include Becky G’s “My Man”, Black Eyed Peas and Becky G’s “DURO HARD” as well as Tai’Aysha and Saweetie’s “One Night Ting”.
